If the client for some reason is not satisfied with the order execution or with the quality of the bouquet delivered, please notify us within 24 hours and we will change the bouquet free.

The delivery of your order is performed by a courier to the address specified in the order or by agreement with the receiver. The desired delivery date and time should be specified when ordering. To receive the order in time, one should place the order beforehand taking into account days-off, holidays and lag time.
The delivery cost is calculated separately (additionally) and depend on the delivery city that allows you to form the order of any complexity, regardless of distance.
